Project Manager – Translation & Localization Remote · 35 hours/week · Full training provided At Dosina Translations, we coordinate translation projects for international clients. We are looking for one or two organized, detail-oriented people to join our remote team. You will learn to manage projects from start to finish, working with translators and colleagues to deliver on time and according to client requirements. What you will do: * Manage assigned translation projects from initial setup to final delivery, following client instructions and our internal processes. * Prepare project files, assign work to approved translators and coordinate deadlines within agreed budgets. * Monitor progress, respond to project questions and keep translators and colleagues informed of changes or potential delays. * Run quality assurance checks using our software and checklists, covering file completeness, formatting and technical requirements. * Follow up with translators on issues identified during QA and check that corrections are completed before delivery. * Keep project information up to date and involve the right colleague when a problem needs additional support. QA in this role means technical and process checks. You will not be expected to translate or proofread texts. What we are looking for: * Very good written English, strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * You should be comfortable learning software, managing several deadlines and communicating clearly. * You will need your own suitable computer and a stable internet connection. * No previous translation or localization experience is required. * We provide full training and all necessary software access. What we offer: * A fixed monthly fee of €800–1,000, depending on skills and suitability for the role. * A 35-hour week, Monday–Friday, including a paid 30-minute daily lunch break. * Four weeks of paid vacation per year, accrued gradually, and three paid sick days per calendar year. * A paid 2–4-week trial, paid onboarding and the opportunity for long-term collaboration. Your regular seven-hour working day will be scheduled within our business hours of 09:00–18:00 Oslo time. Exact hours will be agreed before you start. This is a remote independent contractor role.
